The dark summer night hovers like a cloud in the still, cool night.
Frogs croak in the distance and crickets chirp their evening songs of delight.
Lightning flashes in the distance, flickering like a shutter, yet the thunder is quiet.
All is still, so very still. All except my heart when I think upon thee.
